Würth International Trading (Shanghai) Co., LTD. carries out its central purchasing functions for the companies within the Würth business lines with the following goals:
1. Coordinating the demands of individual Würth business lines.
2. Negotiating with suppliers on behalf of the Würth Group.
3. Consolidating demands to secure optimal conditions.
4. Ensuring that the supplied goods meet Würth Quality Standards and brand guidelines.
5. Optimizing costs through centralized logistics services and warehousing in Shanghai.
Goods purchased in large volumes by Würth International Trading (Shanghai) Co., LTD. are distributed to various Würth business line companies. Transportation is managed by the group subsidiary, Würth Logistics Global, ensuring a high supply rate and a just-in-time delivery system for all Würth business line companies.
The current core product range includes over 10,000 items covering chemical products, hand and power tools, fasteners and assembly components, work safety equipment, personal protective gear, and small automotive parts.
The total warehouse space, including both bonded and non-bonded areas, exceeds 6,000 square meters, with an additional administrative office space of 300 square meters.
Würth International Trading (Shanghai) Co., LTD. connects suppliers and manufacturers in the Asia-Pacific region to all Würth business line companies within the Würth Group.
