On July 1, 2006, Schneider (Shaanxi) Baoguang Electrical Apparatus Company (SSBEA), a joint venture between Schneider Electric (China) Investment Co., Ltd., Schneider Electric Industries S.A.S., and Shaanxi Baoguang Group Co., Ltd., was established. SSBEA specializes in the research, production, and sales of vacuum circuit breakers and related products.

As a global supplier of vacuum circuit breakers, SSBEA aims to meet the demands of both domestic and international markets. Leveraging existing product technologies and collaborating with Schneider China R&D Center and Schneider France R&D Center, SSBEA continuously enhances product techniques, technological levels, and component quality to provide high-value-added products for the Baoguang brand of vacuum circuit breakers.
