Established in 2012, Hopscotch is India’s kids fashion brand located at the intersection of aspiration and affordability. The brand showcases the latest trends in kids fashion on its online store and has served over 30 lakh parents across 1,300 Indian cities.

Hopscotch was founded by Harvard Business School alumnus Rahul Anand. Rahul noticed that India was the world's largest kids market with a strong tradition of textile looms and manufacturing. With social media, Indian parents are increasingly exposed to global fashion styles and aspire for more. Despite high domestic demand, Indian consumers lacked affordable yet fashionable clothing. India lacked a dominant kids brand. He founded Hopscotch to provide Indian parents access to kids' fashion. Using technology, Hopscotch now launches 500 new and trendy items daily at competitive price points.

The Hopscotch team comprises a network of international designers, vendors, and buyers who follow global fashion weeks and couture trends. Hopscotch uses technology to quickly introduce these styles in real-time and make them available to Indian parents daily.

Today, Hopscotch is one of the largest fashion brands in the country, achieving triple-digit annual growth while serving over 3 million active users, with 70% of its demand coming from tier 2 and smaller towns.

Hopscotch is supported by institutional investors such as RPG Ventures, India Infoline Seed Fund, LionRock Capital, and Rise Capital. Notable HNIs like Eduardo Saverin (co-founder, Facebook), Wei Yan (CTO and co-founder of ***********), Atul Nishar (founder of Aptech), Toivo Annus (CTO and co-founder of Skype), and Nisa Godrej (MD GCPL) have invested in the company and continue to advise it as it scales to new heights.
