欧德亮汽车灯系统科技（天津）有限公司于2012年10月9日在天津市武清经济开发区注册，是一家由土耳其法尔宝公司投资的外商独资企业。作为整车厂的一级系统供应商，我们批量生产高端轿车的外部照明系统，包括注塑、喷涂和装配等工艺。法尔宝公司由土耳其巴拉克塔拉集团于1979年建立在土耳其的布尔萨市，迅速发展成为土耳其最重要的汽车外部照明系统生产企业。它在2006年建立了自己的设计中心，2008年建立了模具工厂，2012年实现了第二工厂盖布泽的批量生产。欧德亮是一家创立于1935年的德国企业，也生产汽车外部照明系统。因在1998年全球首创使用全LED的汽车尾灯而闻名业界。2012年欧德亮加入了巴拉克塔拉集团。欧德亮汽车灯系统科技（天津）有限公司是欧德亮与法尔宝两公司联合后走向国际化的第一步。
ODELO Auto Light Systems Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., a wholly foreign owned enterprise invested by FARBA in Turkey, registered at WUQING Economic Development Area on October 9, 2012. As Tier 1 system supplier for OEMs, we provide batch production of high-end automotive exterior lighting system, including LED, injection molding, coating, assembling and other related technology. FARBA founded by Bayraktarlar was established in Bursa in 1979, and it quickly grew as the most significant enterprise which manufactures automotive exterior lighting system in Turkey. After establishing its own Design and Engineering center in 2006, building molding plant in 2008, FARBA achieves batch production in the second plant --- Gebze Plant in 2012. ODELO, a German corporation founded in 1935, also manufactures automotive exterior lighting system. It is widely known by its innovative design in 1998, which adopted LED as tail light for the first time all around the world. In 2012, ODELO joined Bayraktarlar Holding Lighting Group. Thus, ODELO Auto Light Systems Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., as the first step towards globalization, drives ODELO and FARBA achieve mutual development.
巴拉克塔先生于1935年在土耳其伊斯坦布尔创建了巴拉克塔拉集团，主要从事奔驰汽车经销、汽车外部照明系统制造、酒店及不动产等主要业务。它是土耳其最成功、最受人尊敬的家族企业之一。
