济宁迈斯伯尔机械股份有限公司成立于2015年11月，是一家专业从事工程机械、农业机械、节能设备、环保机械研发、生产和销售的国家级高新技术企业。2016年3月成立技术研发部，专注于液压挖掘机及其延展产品的开发、制造、销售和服务再制造业务；同年9月建立工程机械技术研发中心，2018年被国家科技部认定为国家级高新技术企业，证书编号为GR201837000899，2021年通过复审。2019年被评为中国工程机械专业化制造商50强、济宁市市级企业技术中心、市制造业企业A级研发机构；2020年度获评四星级现场管理企业、市级专精特新企业；2021年成为省级专精特新企业，并通过两化融合贯标；2022年被评为市级瞪羚企业、市级攀登企业、山东省企业技术中心；2023年升级为省级瞪羚企业。

公司拥有一支国内最早从事国产品牌液压挖掘机研发制造的专业团队，具有近20年的研发制造经验，具备全系列液压挖掘机的研发和生产能力，在国内挖掘机行业排名前20位。近年来，公司累计获得发明专利5项、外观发明专利4项、实用新型专利30余项、计算机软件著作权4项。

公司现有员工120余人，设有22000平方米的生产车间，装配线3条，专业制造设备20余台套。通过精细化管理和严格的质量检测，确保产品可靠性和性价比。研发中心为山东省企业技术中心，拥有研发技术人员40人，其中硕士研究生3名、本科生24名、专科生13名，高级职称人员8名、中级职称人员15名，多数技术人员从事挖掘机研究开发十五年以上，经验丰富。公司与同济大学、四川大学、青岛大学签署产学研合作协议，设立产学研合作办公室或战略研究院，推动科技成果快速转化，坚持高效节能，保持与国际先进技术同步。

公司主要产品包括1.8吨至80吨全液压挖掘机、双动力挖掘机及旋挖钻机、物料机、桩机等特种设备，80%以上产品出口海外，覆盖大洋洲、中东、非洲、东欧、东南亚、南美洲等30多个国家和地区。公司秉承“服务制胜”的海外发展策略，已成为海外客户信赖的国产工程机械品牌之一。2022年公司产值达3亿元，实现利税1400万元。
