Established in 2009, Arts logics operates as an international designer and distributor headquartered in Shanghai, China, and France. Specializing in Automotive Test Systems Equipment Platforms, the company focuses on providing professional Function Reliability (Environmental) and Production Line tests for various Automotive embedded controllers, including Engine controllers (ECU), Electronic power steering (EPS), Air bag controller (ACU), Battery management (BMS), Vehicle controller (VCU), ABS, among others.

Growing from a team of two at the end of 2009 to 35 members by 2016, Arts logics achieved break-even operations in 2012. The company has pioneered proprietary equipment and software technologies that enable comprehensive testing across all phases of Automotive embedded controller development—design, validation, production, and post-sales—using a unified platform.

Arts logics boasts an R&D department of 15 personnel with expertise in hardware PCB design, ARM and STMicro embedded software development, FPGA programming, C# and C++ UI software development. It also features a project management department of 12 individuals covering project management, test system design, production, procurement, and sales. A dedicated quality control division ensures thorough hardware, software, and system testing. An administrative team manages internal finance and human resources.

In 2016, Arts logics' first client was Continental, and by then, the company had accumulated 40 diverse clients, including renowned international tier 1 suppliers and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) like Bosch, Autoliv, Johnson Controls, and GM. It also serves numerous Chinese tier 1 suppliers and OEMs, such as SAIC, Geely, Weichai, Wanxiang A123, Dalian Yite, Hugong, Elite, DIAS, and more. Testing laboratories such as Intertek and Bureau Veritas are also part of Arts logics' clientele.
