WTFE, or the Westfalian Textile & Fiber Enterprise, is managed by skilled and seasoned personnel capable of adapting to local circumstances and market dynamics. Over the course of two decades, we've built robust business alliances with our Chinese counterparts, both in procurement and distribution sectors.
Our primary focus is on materials fabricated from spun rayon and polyester, which find application in various medical and industrial contexts, such as bandages and adhesive tapes for the automotive sector.
Originating from a century-old German textile and dyeing enterprise, WTFE was established in Singapore in 1995, succeeding the company's raw material division since 1982. The parent company was later relocated to a city in central Germany named Bielefeld in 2002. In 2003, Mr. Ian Hammermaier, a German national residing in Singapore, acquired the assets of WTFE and took full operational control.
WTFE boasts a dedicated team that adeptly navigates through local conditions and market trends, driving the company's growth. Through 20 years of effort, we've cultivated strong business partnerships with Chinese suppliers in the realms of purchasing and marketing.
Currently, our core business revolves around textiles made from spun rayon and polyester, catering to the medical and industrial needs, including medical bandages and automotive-grade adhesives, among other applications.
