Ba&sh is a leading French fashion brand in the dynamic affordable premium market, named after the initials of its two founders, childhood friends Barbara Boccara and Sharon Krief. Since 2003, ba&sh has designed and manufactured a full range of women's apparel.

Barbara and Sharon have always been passionate about fashion, travel, and meaningful encounters. They felt it was natural to transform their unique and complementary visions into their own brand, creating the "ideal wardrobe" of elegant yet effortless pieces for all occasions.

In 2015, the L Catterton private equity firm acquired a 50% stake in ba&sh to support its development and international expansion, leveraging the expertise and network of LVMH. Today, ba&sh operates over 500 points of sale globally, with a strong presence in Europe and rapid growth in North America and Asia.

The Ba&sh Asia office opened in early 2017 and has successfully launched 16 stores in Hong Kong, Macau, and mainland China, as well as a flagship store on Tmall. The company aims to continue its expansion in Greater China and explore new opportunities for growth in Asia.
