Technical Tasks:
-Preparation of complaint reports to suppliers (complaints from development and serial production)
-Approval of 8D reports from suppliers
-Incoming inspection plan and work instruction creation and update

1 Responsibility:
-Responsible for detailed hardware design and schematic creation in automotive related projects with respect to hardware requirements and defined hardware architecture.
-Responsible for the PCB layout design of an assigned project.
-Calculations for component values.
-Ensure traceability of hardware requirements thru the whole design process
-Test hardware units to ensure functionality and compliance to hardware requirements and standards.
-Design and documentation of PCB layouts as defined in the hardware design process description.

1 Technical Tasks:
-Optical design and/or simulation using subject-specific simulation, calculation and CAD programs: ZKW internal software (LDS, BEAST), from external suppli-ers (Speos, Lucid-Shape, Zemax, CATIA, …)
