公司可承担各种类型工程的监理业务，包括水利水电工程、房屋建筑工程、公路工程、港口及航道工程、电力工程、地质灾害与防治工程、市政公用工程、农田整治工程等，拥有一批专业齐全、技术过硬、信誉良好的工程监理人员，已完成各类项目五百余项，监理工程投资总额超过千亿元。公司现有专业技术人员大多有十几年甚至几十年的工程建设或工程管理经历，参与过多项大中型水电工程、房屋建筑工程建设、施工或监理，具有扎实的理论基础和丰富的工程管理经验，能够胜任各种复杂的工程监理工作。
自成立以来，公司2000-2018年连续九次获得“湖北省先进监理企业”称号，被湖北省工商局、湖北省企业促进会2012-2015年连续认定为“湖北省守合同重信用企业”。获得中国水利工程协会颁发的“AA”企业信用等级证书，湖北省水利厅颁发的“AA”信用等级证书。先后承担的水利水电工程项目包括清江隔河岩水电站及其自备电站、高坝洲水电站及其自备电站、水布垭电站（前期）、江坪河水电站、重庆市酉水石堤水电站及水轮机组监造、利川市郁江龙桥水电站及水轮机组监造、建始县野三河电站扩建工程、利川市云口水电站及水轮机组监造、晒谷坪电站、西寺坪电站、隔河岩升船机建安工程及设备监造、高坝洲升船机建安工程、国电白沙河水电站、党河上游三级电站工程、峡口塘水电站工程等；交通工程项目包括水布垭电站场内交通和场外交通、水布垭大桥、江坪河进场公路、宜昌夷陵区发展大道、夷陵区小鸦公路、庆阳宁长煤炭专用公路工程等；房屋建筑工程包括水布垭电站附企工程、武汉清江饭店、宜昌富林花园、宜昌新世纪广场、宜昌清江大厦、AAA洋房居住组团、宜昌市广播电视中心、湖北能源调度大楼工程、湖北省天然气维修抢险中心、武汉清江山水、猇亭区重点企业保障性住房工程、宜昌市图书馆以及三峡大学校内房屋建筑工程等；电力工程项目包括湖北麻城蔡家寨风电场工程监理合同、湖北利川齐岳山双鹿风电场工程、麻城阎家河100MWp地面光伏电站工程、老河口洪山嘴60MWp地面光伏电站工程、湖北黄石筠山风电场工程、湖北荆门象河风电场工程、湖北华电武穴大金80MW风电场工程、110KV长阳水布垭供电线路工程、红耀电站220KV开关站等；其他工程项目包括三峡库区地质灾害防治工程、污水处理厂和垃圾处理厂等。
公司广大监理人员遵循“守法诚信、公正科学、确保质量、顾客满意”的质量方针，竭诚为业主服务，承监的工程各项目标均获得业主认可和好评。其中装机25.2万千瓦的高坝洲水电站1#、2#机组（2×84MW）经国家电力公司考核、批准，被命名为“基建移交生产达标投产机组”。隔河岩电站整体建筑获国家“鲁班奖”，隔河岩大坝被评为“国家安全注册大坝”。水布垭导流洞工程荣获2005年度国家优质工程银质奖。湖北能源调度大楼获得“国家优质工程奖”；武汉清江饭店工程获得武汉市“优质工程奖”，宜昌富林花园D、E座、隔河岩接待中心、三峡大学逸夫楼、夷陵区滨湖花园等获宜昌市“优质工程奖”，宜昌清江大厦、新世纪广场、宜昌广播电视中心、宜昌市图书馆、三峡大学图书馆、三峡大学教师公寓、三峡大学文科楼群楼科技教学楼、理科楼实验楼、宜昌市质量技术监督局检验检测综合楼、武汉清江山水居住小区II标段获“湖北省建筑优质结构工程奖（楚天杯）”、“湖北省安全文明施工现场”。公司承监的水布垭电站对外交通水布垭大桥、肖儿河大桥等均被评为优良工程。湖北能源东湖燃机热电厂、华电武穴风电场，老河口光伏发电等电力工程获得业主一致好评。公司经过二十多年的探索和实践，各项管理和监理程序已逐渐规范化、程序化和科学化，具备了一流的监理水平。
