Our company was established in 1998, covering an area of 20,000 square meters, located by the beautiful Grand Canal and near the Qishuyan expressway exit, with very convenient transportation.
There are a total of 150 employees, including 16 technical staff and 20 managerial staff.
Our main products are wax mold precision casting parts.
We have one medium temperature wax silica sol production line with an annual capacity of 500 tons, specializing in manufacturing various grades of stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloy steel precision casting parts.
At the same time, we also have one low temperature wax composite process production line with an annual capacity of 2000 tons, specializing in manufacturing various kinds of carbon steel and alloy steel precision casting parts.
Approximately 60% of our products are exported, mainly to countries such as the United States, Japan, Germany, Italy, and France. Domestically, we supply railway companies such as CSR, CNR, and CRCC, as well as automotive companies including Yutong and King Long.
Our company is equipped with advanced production equipment and complete testing facilities, including a mechanical testing center and a spectroscopic analysis center. We have passed the ISO 9001 quality management system certification.
