The company fully implements the strategic deployment of Sinopec regarding "increasing market expansion efforts, strengthening infrastructure construction, and accelerating the development of the natural gas industry." Adhering to the principle of mutual benefit and common development, it has established strategic partnerships with various levels of government in Chengdu, Tianfu New District, and others, forming 16 actual natural gas companies, including Sichuan Petrochemical Natural Gas Company, Sichuan Jintang Petrochemical Gas Company, Sichuan Shuangliu Petrochemical Gas Company, and others. To accelerate the transformation and development of the company, while focusing on the core business of oil products and natural gas, it actively and prudently develops non-oil product businesses allowed by the state and Sinopec, such as hotel services, property leasing, household paper production, French wine production and sales, engineering construction, and landscaping. The company has established more than 30 wholly-owned and controlled subsidiaries, including Sichuan Petrochemical Yashi Paper Industry Company, Sichuan Petrochemical International Hotel, Sichuan Petrochemical Sino-French Wine Company, Sichuan Petrochemical Construction Group Company, Sichuan Petrochemical Construction Investment Company, Sichuan Petrochemical Materials and Equipment Company, Sichuan Petrochemical Property Management Company, and Sichuan Petrochemical Landscape Engineering Company.
