成立于1994年8月的中达汽车有限公司(简称"SML"),是一家在香港设立的公司,其主营业务涉及汽车零售领域的投资与运营。次年,即1995年,SML在中国内地展开了战略扩张,着手在内地建设专注于中高端进口汽车维修服务的中心。历经二十余年的稳健发展,SML旗下的全资及控股子公司,在中国大陆构建了广泛且深入的销售与服务网络,主要涵盖了丰田、雷克萨斯以及宝马三大品牌的汽车。

In 1950, founder Guy Schoenecker incorporated as a merchandise and jewelry discounter to serve the promotional needs of area retailers. Soon, his company grew into Business Incentives, specializing in consumer incentives like trading stamps and continuity programs for clients in the grocery, petroleum and financial industries.

In the 1960s and 1970s, the company rapidly expanded, forming a travel division and adding dealer, channel and employee incentives to its offerings. The next decade saw it broaden services to include market research, recognition programs and event production. In the 1990s, the company's focus on quality earned it the Minnesota State Quality Award and the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.

In the new millennium, the company ventured into custom Web-based learning and consumer loyalty marketing. Strategic acquisitions extended our presence in the UK, Australia and China, while new offices opened in Canada and Germany to serve global customers. New products included the FirstTouch Virtual Meeting Center, RAVE for maximizing employee engagement, and the AwardBound incentive travel rewards system. We celebrated our 60th anniversary in 2010 with sales exceeding $400 million.
