Autocraft has established a state-of-the-art fastener manufacturing facility in China, occupying 88,000 square meters in Shanghai. All manufacturing processes are TS/ISO 16949 certified and centralized on one site with a total investment exceeding US$60 million, encompassing raw material processing, cold forming and thread rolling, secondary operations, heat treatment, surface treatment, automatic sorting and packaging, automated warehouses, and delivery. The facility produces high-tensile bolts, special fasteners, and components for automotive, heavy equipment, construction, petrochemical, and other high-tech industries. The production system allows Autocraft to manufacture screws ranging from M3 to M33 with lengths up to 350mm, with an annual capacity of approximately 60,000 tons.

With its unique fully integrated manufacturing management system, completely automated high-end fastener and component production, internal sales and service support, and integrated logistics, Autocraft is leading the entire Chinese fastener industry into a whole new era.

Interview route tips:

1. From Metro Line 16 Wildlife Park Station, take a taxi (costing about 13-20 yuan).

2. Take Bus Longdong Special Line (A: Transfer at Longyang Road Station on Metro Line 2; B: Transfer at Xinchang Station on Metro Line 16) to Liqiao Station, then walk back about 300 meters.

3. Take Nanqi Line to Liqiao Station (directly board at Nanhu Bus Station or transfer from Shanghai Railway Station South Square via Nanxin Line at Xiejiazhai), then walk back about 300 meters.

Notes:

3. As a manufacturing company, due to business needs, the production system personnel operate on a six-day workweek.
