Tingzhi Foodstuff Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998 in Zhumadian, Henan Province, a prime location for sesame production. Since then, the company has focused on developing and researching various sesame products. In response to increasing market demands, Tingzhi invested 100 million RMB in 2002 to expand its factory in Zhumadian (covering 154 mu). Another factory was established in Dongguan, Guangdong Province in 2007 (covering 110 mu), further expanding the market reach. Today, Tingzhi is a leading producer of sesame-related products such as sesame oil, hulled sesame, roasted sesame, and sesame paste in China, also offering OEM and custom services.

The company has introduced a full suite of automated production equipment and advanced testing instruments from Japan. Its primary products include roasted sesame oil, hulled sesame, roasted sesame, and sesame paste. These products are widely distributed across China and exported to Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Europe, and the United States, making it a renowned supplier in the oil, food, and seasoning industries.

Guided by the principles of "Honesty, Practicality, and Innovation," Tingzhi became the first oil company in Henan Province to obtain ISO9001 quality system certification in 2002. It also received titles such as "Provincial Leading Enterprise" and "Foreign-Invested Advanced Technology Enterprise" in 2004. Additional certifications include HACCP in 2005, KOSHER in 2010, and ISO22000 in 2011.
