The hotel's overall planning adheres to the deluxe five-star standard and aims to create a first-class international branded business hotel in the Zhangzhou area.
The hotel operates in strict compliance with labor laws; employees work 40 hours per week, receive triple pay for working on statutory holidays, and are entitled to annual leave after one year of service. The hotel provides comprehensive social insurance coverage, including pension, medical, work injury, unemployment, and maternity insurance, as well as housing provident fund. Free work meals and apartment-style employee dormitories are also offered. Each dormitory is equipped with an independent bathroom, television, washing machine, wardrobe, and other facilities, creating a pleasant and comfortable working and living environment.
