欧博设计由法国欧博建筑与城市规划设计公司及其派驻中国的深圳代表处、深圳市欧博工程设计顾问有限公司组成。欧博设计拥有法国国家建筑、规划、景观设计资质及中国国家建筑工程设计综合甲级资质和风景园林资质。
欧博设计的设计经验引导了以下主要领域：剧院和电视传媒建筑，医院设计，展览和博物馆，司法建筑，酒店，银行，办公和教育建筑等各类公共建筑；城市多层、中高层住宅和城郊低密度住宅等各种类型的人居类项目；城市设计；房地产开发、重要城市公共开放空间和滨水地带的环境景观设计等。公司的设计业务范围立足于法国及深圳，近十年来，逐步扩展到中国内地城市珠海、中山、广州、南宁、桂林、成都、贵阳、遵义、重庆、北京、上海、杭州、苏州、宁波、青岛、合肥、湖州、温州、济南、吉林、福州、厦门、长沙、西安、武汉等。
欧博设计的外籍设计师自1993年开始介入中国的重大建设工程项目。截止目前，欧博设计参与和完成的中国重大设计项目近300余项。设计师的工作经历普遍具有国际化特征。设计师队伍中既有来自法国、加拿大等多个国家、不同文化背景的长驻中国的外籍设计师，又有接受了多重文化熏陶、拥有英、美、法、加、澳、荷、日、德等国专业经历的留学生。

Beijing New Epoch Architectural Engineering Design Co., Ltd., established in 1993, is a Class I design enterprise approved by the State Ministry of Construction. The company's business scope includes engineering design for industrial and civilian buildings, interior decoration design, real estate development project consultation, feasibility studies, investment analysis and consulting, as well as completion settlement and final accounts for domestic and international construction projects.
With over a hundred state-certified professionals, primarily engineers, the company has completed construction projects exceeding tens of millions of square meters since its inception.
Key members of the company's senior management team are highly recognized and accomplished professionals registered with the Ministry of Construction.
Chairman Zeng Fanbai serves as the Chief Architect, Senior Architect, and National First-Class Registered Architect. He holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from Tsinghua University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Zhejiang University. Notable works include Jianwai SOHO, CBD International Consultation Building, and Daihai Five-Star Hotel.
General Manager Lu Demin serves as the Chief Economist, Senior Engineer, and National Registered Cost Engineer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Civil Architecture. Key projects include feasibility studies and investment analysis for the National Grand Theatre project, preliminary investment analysis for Olympic projects, and leading investments in the Bangladesh International Conference Center.
Chief Architect Shi Jian is a Senior Architect and National First-Class Registered Architect. Significant works include Lar Valley III, The Riverside, Cappuccino Community, and others.
Chief Architect Geng Wei is also a Senior Architect and National First-Class Registered Architect. Prominent works include the Bangladesh International Conference Center, Tianheng International Business Mansion, and others.
Chief Architect Cheng Dapeng is another Senior Architect and National First-Class Registered Architect. Notable projects include the General Administration of Sports Office Building, Sport University Teaching Building, International Strategic Foundation Office Building, and others.
The expert-level General Work Office of Advisors, comprising senior professionals, serves as the company’s technical backbone, ensuring the safety and advancement of design outcomes through their extensive experience.
