ba&sh is a leading French fashion brand in the dynamic affordable luxury market. Founded by childhood friends Barbara Boccara and Sharon Krief, the brand has offered a comprehensive range of women's apparel since 2003.

Barbara and Sharon have always been passionate about fashion, travel, and meaningful encounters. Today, ba&sh operates over 500 retail locations globally, with strong leadership in Europe and rapid growth in North America and Asia. The ba&sh Asia office, established in early 2017, has successfully launched 20 stores in Hong Kong, China, and Macau, and aims to further expand in Greater China and explore new opportunities in Asia.

This rapid growth was made possible by L Catterton, a private equity firm, acquiring a 50% stake in ba&sh to support its development and international expansion, leveraging the expertise and network of LVMH.
