Da Hua CPA (Special General Partnership) is one of the largest four accounting firms in China, recognized for being among the first to receive approval for auditing H-shares and serving as a pilot for large-scale, group-oriented development of accounting firms by the Ministry of Finance. In 2013, its business revenue exceeded 1.2 billion RMB, positioning it as the fourth-largest domestic firm and eighth-largest overall in the industry.
In September 2013, Da Hua joined Grant Thornton International, significantly enhancing the global consulting capabilities of this international accounting firm while marking the beginning of Da Hua's international expansion journey.
Da Hua boasts a highly professional team comprising over 4,000 employees, with nearly 1,000 holding Chinese CPA qualifications, 18 being senior members of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and approximately 30 professionals with international CPA credentials capable of providing international services. Twelve experts have been recognized as leading talents in the Chinese CPA industry, three have served as members of the China Securities Regulatory Commission's Issuance Review Committee, and over 100 other renowned experts contribute to various fields such as financial accounting, auditing, tax, corporate governance, strategic management consultancy, internal control, risk management, comprehensive budget management, M&A, IT audit, and international business.
The management and expert teams at Da Hua are comprised of many individuals with advanced degrees, including PhDs and Master's degrees. The firm collaborates with prestigious institutions like Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and Dalian University of Technology, forming strategic partnerships based on academic expertise.
With a full suite of business licenses, Da Hua is equipped to handle audits for domestic listed companies, major central and local state-owned enterprises, large financial insurance companies, and has been accredited by the PCAOB for auditing US-listed companies since 2010. It also holds the capability to audit H-share listed companies. The firm regularly audits 15 central enterprises, 166 listed companies, and over 8,000 clients across various sectors including aviation, finance, electronics, power, chemicals, paper, tourism, real estate, telecommunications, transportation, energy, machinery, agriculture, forestry, catering, food, hotels, pharmaceuticals, etc. It often undertakes special purpose audits commissioned by government bodies and international organizations.
