Brose Sitech Group, a globally esteemed expert in automotive interior systems solutions, is headquartered in Poland. It operates across four nations - Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, and China - from nine manufacturing hubs, employing approximately 5,000 personnel. This group produces car seat components and structures. Established as a joint venture between Volkswagen and Brose on January 1, 2022, Brose Sitech China is the Chinese subsidiary of this group.

Brose Sitech China, a joint venture between Volkswagen and Brose, came into existence on January 1, 2022. It has two branches in China: Brose Sitech (Anhui) Automotive Systems Co., Ltd. and Brose Sitech (Shanghai) Automotive Systems Co., Ltd.

Brose Sitech (Anhui) Automotive Systems Co., Ltd., located in the core components industrial park of Hefei, is the second project in China following Brose Sitech (Shanghai) Automotive Systems Co., Ltd. Its primary function is to supply seat solutions for Volkswagen's models produced in Anhui. This includes the production of seat frames, assembly of complete seats, and just-in-time (JIT) supplies.

Construction on the Anhui facility began in April 2022 and was completed by October of that year, covering a total area of 13,000 square meters. The successful acquisition of two new orders in May 2023 marks a significant achievement in Brose Sitech China's strategic development.
