About FEINTOOL TAICANG
Feintool Precision Components (Taicang) Co., Ltd. is Feintool Group's first wholly-owned subsidiary in China. Established in 2010 in Taicang, the home of German enterprises in China, with a registered capital of $20.8 million USD, it covers an area of 18,457 square meters with a total construction area of 12,602 square meters (Phase I: 6,212 square meters, Phase II under construction: 6,384 square meters).
Feintool Taicang currently operates 9 high-precision fineblanking production lines and 2 high-speed stamping production lines for motor cores, with press tonnages ranging from 80 to 880 tons. Additionally, it has extensive machining and total assembly capabilities, including an automatic assembly line, CNC machining, double-end grinders, riveting, cleaning machines, and automatic sorting. Feintool Taicang's fineblanking products are primarily used in automotive transmissions, seat adjusters, and automotive safety systems.
In 2020, supported by iron core factory technology from the European headquarters, Feintool Taicang launched its new energy vehicle business and completed two motor iron core production lines by early 2021. Various types of cores will mainly be used in drive motors for new energy vehicles and various industrial motors.
