由春禾发起创立的公益项目“春禾启梦计划”，旨在助推《研究性学习》课程的实践与推广，推动传统教育理念与方法的转变，营造与搭建学生们学习运用理性思维、批判质疑和探索研究的环境与平台，尝试自主发展的空间。
春禾致力于改善中国应试教育的过度状况，以期通过“春禾启梦计划”公益项目，在现有体系下为孩子们营造一个基于自我意识的觉醒，探索更广阔的世界和更多的人生可能性。帮助他们点燃内心的火种，营造相对开放、宽容、自主的成长环境与平台，使无论是偏远乡村的孩子，还是城市的孩子，都能够发现那个开放、独立、自信的自己！
经过十年的耕耘与迭代，“春禾启梦计划”公益项目从发源地贵州省不断拓展的基础上，同时在四川、云南、湖南、福建、甘肃、辽宁、青海、内蒙古、北京、上海等11个省市相继拓展了项目学校。截至2022年底，已有139所中学加入成为项目学校，累计资助服务约270,000名师生，培训教师超过9,000人次。
经过十年的运作，“春禾启梦计划”公益项目得到了各地项目学校和教育主管部门的认可，产生了积极的社会影响，春禾的项目理念与执行效果，也获得了社会各界的认同与大力支持。春禾和部分省市教育科研机构达成“公益合作伙伴”，积极推进希望工程升级版·“沃土计划”试点项目，同时创新性开展“公办学校办学品质提升公益帮扶计划”的实践，全面探索城乡教育全面高质量发展的新模式。
2017年春禾获得上海第一批慈善组织的认定，2019年获评“4A”级社会组织。“春禾启梦计划”公益项目曾获得第四届中国教育创新成果公益博览会SERVE奖（优秀教育创新成果奖）、团中央“伙伴计划”五星项目、2022-2024浦东新区社会组织品牌项目、上海市十大最具潜力公益项目等荣誉称号。
