Victoria Harbour Education Group is an integrated education group encompassing international education, cultural exchange, education think tank, and educational technology. Since its establishment, the group has responded to the national initiative for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, exploring innovative integration in basic education within the region, aiming to become a promoter and practitioner of education integration in the Greater Bay Area.

The vision of Victoria Harbour Education Group is to base itself in the Greater Bay Area while planning the development of international education under the Belt and Road Initiative. It strives to create a Chinese version of an international curriculum system and establish an educational platform that integrates both Chinese and Western international curricula. Simultaneously, it aims to promote and practice education integration in the Greater Bay Area, nurturing talents with Chinese heritage and global perspectives.

Victoria Harbour Education Group is the first in mainland China to introduce the Hong Kong DSE high school international curriculum, establishing the Shiming International Curriculum Center at the powerful high school, Shimen High School. It introduces the Chinese Hong Kong DSE and British A-Level courses, adopting small class teaching and integrating Eastern and Western cultures to develop international education courses suitable for Chinese students. It actively develops the HKDSE Greater Bay Area integrated course, providing valuable exploration for creating a "Chinese version of international courses."

In 2021, Victoria Harbour Education Group collaborated with Jinan University, Aoyuan Group, and Dongguan Eaton Education Group to establish the Guangzhou Jinan University Hong Kong and Macao Students School. This is a non-profit international school offering preschool, primary, middle, and high school education. With the development positioning of "Jinan University Character, Bay Area Foundation, Hong Kong and Macao Features," it provides a 15-year integrated international education from preschool to high school.

Victoria Harbour Education Group is an international education enterprise dedicated to promoting the Hong Kong education curriculum system. It focuses on providing high-quality, diverse, and internationalized educational platforms for young Chinese people.
