本公司已汇集了一批知识渊博、经验丰富的专业人才，组建了一支高素质的检验检测团队。我们制定了明确的质量方针与目标，依据《检验检测机构资质认定能力评价检验检测机构通用要求》（RB/T 214-2017）及《检验检测机构资质认定生态环境监测机构评审补充要求》，建立了一套完善的管理体系，确保所有检测结果及评价结论的准确、真实且可靠。
在2018年2月9日获得中国计量认证（CMA）资质后，经过多次扩项评审，本公司现拥有480个大项和1200个小项的检测参数，覆盖环境空气、固定污染源废气、无组织废气、生活饮用水、地下水、地表水、废水、土壤、噪声、固体废弃物、油气回收、机动车尾气等多个领域。此外，本公司于2020年通过了北京市生态环境局的社会化能力认定。
本公司现有员工超过50人，其中45名为检验检测技术人员，占总员工数的85%。团队中，1人为高级职称，8人为中级职称或具备同等专业能力。公司的总面积达到了2000平方米，设有综合办公室、质量管理室、检测实验室及一个面积为700平方米的分场所。
本公司管理层包括最高管理者、技术负责人、质量负责人、检测实验室主任和分场所负责人。管理层由最高管理者、技术负责人、质量负责人共同组成，他们对公司的运营全权负责。其中，最高管理者龚丽媛、质量负责人封光、技术负责人董森等人，以及团队核心成员索思，均在环境监测领域有着超过十年的实践经验。
为了提供专业、全面的服务，本公司配备了先进的分析仪器，如液相色谱-质谱仪（LC-MS）、气相色谱-质谱仪（GC-MS）、气相色谱仪、液相色谱仪、电感耦合等离子体质谱仪（ICP）、原子吸收分光光度计、原子荧光分光光度计、离子色谱仪、紫外可见分光光度计、红外测油仪、多参数水质分析仪、恒温恒湿自动称量系统、十万分之一/万分之一电子天平等。同时，我们还配备了智能综合大气采样器、智能中流量采样器、烟气烟尘采样器、智能烟气采样器、油气回收采样设备等采样设备，以及多功能声级计、一氧化碳分析仪等现场测定仪器。
分场所实验室位于北京建筑大学大兴校区环能学院楼B座4层，获得CMA资质，面积约为700平方米，目前由10名员工（包括管理人员和实验人员）负责运营，主要关注土壤和固废领域的检测，涵盖挥发性有机化合物（VOC）、半挥发性有机化合物（SVOC）、多环芳烃、挥发性卤代烃、多氯联苯、六六六、滴滴涕（DDT）以及固废中的重金属等项目。
