Established in 1994, Shanghai Fleetguard Filter Co., Ltd., with a factory covering 14,300 square meters, is located in the rapidly developing Pudong New Area of Shanghai, China. The company is a joint venture between Dongfeng Motor Parts & Components (Group) Co., Ltd. and Cummins (China) Investment Co., Ltd.

Dedicated to producing high-quality filters for automotive and engine applications, Shanghai Fleetguard has been recognized for its excellence, achieving ISO-9001 quality certification in March 1997, QS-9000 quality certification in March 1998, TS16949 (2002) quality certification in October 2003, TS16949 (2009) quality certification in January 2010, ISO14001 environmental certification in December 2004, and OHSAS18001 environmental certification in June 2009.

In response to growing market demand, Shanghai Fleetguard expanded by establishing a second factory in Wuhan, further enhancing its production capabilities and product quality. This expansion aims to strengthen its position as a leading filter manufacturer and solidify its competitive edge.
