Our prototype department with extensive experience in the mold manufacture, is able to design and manufacture molds, tooling and fixture simultaneously according to the customer's flexible demands, can accelerate the proceedings of samples.
Sieg-Huao has established the supply chain based on investment casting and high-pressure die-casting processes. Our manufacturer sites covers diversified manufacturing processes, such as investment casting, die casting, sand casting, machining, heat treatment, surface treatment. We are able to supply stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, special steel, aluminium alloy, Mg alloy, zinc alloy, ductile iron, gray iron.
Sieg-Huao has established complete supplier quality management system, with reference to ISO9000, TS16949 and VDA6.3. The factories in the supply chain has quality system and product certification, such as ISO9000, TS16949, ROHS, REACH.

中山中意集大彩印包装有限公司成立于1996年，主要生产各类高档彩盒、纸箱，产品主要出口中东、美国及东南亚地区。同时承接各类彩色印刷业务，如海报、说明书、彩卡等。
公司现有设备包括曼罗兰1台，海德堡CD102六色机2台，海德堡SM-74四色带U.V机1台；全自动啤机、全自动裱纸机各2台，全自动粘盒机2台，覆膜机1台，水磨双色机1台，磨光机、过油机、切槽机、过胶机、晒版机多台；切纸机、裱纸机、啤机、打钉机、烫金机等多台；业务用车5台；固定资产约5000万元。可独立完成从纸张、纸板的印刷到彩盒、纸箱成品的全部加工过程。其生产过程和产品符合国家环保要求及欧美产品卫生标准。
