GEA (international) was founded by Mr. PengPeigen, a Chinese Canadian architect and professor from Tsinghua University. It is the first Sino-foreign joint venture architecture design organization with Class A qualification in China. After 27 years of development, GEA has become a large architecture design group with 700 employees and has completed over 1200 engineering design projects. SDD (GEA shanghai) has a young and passionate management team that is steady and innovative. With more than 120 professional designers, its core design team consists of experienced foreign architects as well as overseas and local excellent architects, nearly one third of whom have been working for over 10 years and have rich practical experience. They are the reliable guarantee for high-quality works that are under overall control and can be realized. SDD provides professional services such as feasibility study consultancy for real estate, urban planning and design, architectural design, environmental design, interior design, structural and electromechanical design, project management services, etc. SDD's completed works are located in first-tier cities like Shanghai, Beijing and Tianjin, as well as various provinces including Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Shandong, Jiangxi, Hubei, Henan and Hebei. Our clients range from real estate developers to various enterprises, public institutions and governmental agencies; our design works cover many categories including residence, commercial and office buildings, hotels and holiday resorts, cultural and education projects, public and municipal works, as well as urban complexes, to name just a few.
