哈尔滨欧米奇职业培训学校专注于中短期高端培训，主要面向18至45岁的人群提供服务。学校的专业设置涵盖了烘焙甜点、西餐料理、精品调酒和咖啡饮品四大领域。目前，学校共有在职员工40余名，其中拥有高级技能等级的教师共计14人，能够对学员进行从初级到高级的不同层次培训，具体包括西式面点师（初级、中级、高级）、西式烹调师（初级、中级、高级）、咖啡师（初级、中级、高级）以及调酒师（初级、中级、高级）等课程。
