公司注重产品开发的高起点和高品位,通过引进国外先进技术并消化吸收,深入研究饮料工艺技术,丰富了液体灌装的核心技术,并具备了产业化条件。公司组建了一支强大的科研开发团队,汇集机械、电子及饮料工艺领域的专业人士,每年推出十余项新产品。上世纪九十年代初,公司投入资金建立CAD研发中心,现代化设计手段显著提升研发质量和效率。产品结构上既保持了中小型含气等压灌装设备在国内的优势地位,又实现了大中小型不含气灌装成套设备的系列化生产,并向多品种、多功能、高技术、大型化、成套化方向发展。2005年成功研发适用于贵重液体灌装的电子称重式高精度定量灌装封口机,可应用于无菌冷灌装生产。3600瓶/小时(2500ml)PET瓶五位一体无菌灌装生产线、15000-40000BPH(500ml)干法杀菌超洁净吹瓶灌装旋盖技术、无菌吹灌旋以及3-20L大包装水吹灌旋、DGP60/60/15单层PET瓶啤酒灌装机的成功开发验证了公司的技术实力。公司融合国内外先进制造技术和丰富的整厂设计经验,从项目运作到后期执行,提供专业快捷服务,已成为国内生产饮料灌装设备技术水平最高、品种最齐全的企业之一。公司秉持“系统化、专业化、规模化、规范化、国际化”经营理念,为客户提供技术保障和支持。
