Secop Compressors (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., located in the Wuqing Development Area, Tianjin, primarily manufactures compressors for household, portable cooling, and light commercial applications. Founded in Germany in 1956, the company's headquarters oversees a business valued at 400 million euros with four large-scale factories globally—three in Europe and one in China. The Chinese facility in Wuqing spans 33,000 square meters.

Operating in China for over a decade, Secop has successfully served the mid-to-high-end market with high-quality products. In November 2010, the company underwent a rebranding as part of its strategic evolution, yet it remains a key supplier and partner to the Danfoss Group.
