1. **信息发布与客户吸引**：利用58同城、安居客、抖音、快手、小红书等平台发布租房信息，以吸引潜在客户。
2. **需求匹配与带看**：深入了解客户需求，推荐适合的房源；利用公司内部系统筛选房源，与客户进行精准匹配，亲自陪同客户看房，促成交易。
**工作安排**
- 工作时间：每天从上午9:30至下午6:30，实行每月四天的弹性休息制度，通过钉钉打卡实现灵活调休。
**薪资模式**
- 实行无底薪、纯提成制度，提成比例覆盖月租金的80%至全部，轻松实现月入过万的目标，无业绩考核，不做任务限制，每成交一单即提成一笔，欢迎有志之士加入。
