凤城太平洋神龙增压器有限公司

我公司创立于1995年，位于中国辽宁省的旅游胜地凤凰山脚，紧邻中朝边境的鸭绿江畔。最初占地6000多平方米。2006年，为了应对国内市场需求增长及出口任务，并满足国家863计划的新产品研发需求，我们扩建了16000平方米，使总面积达到22000平方米，其中建筑面积12000平方米。新增进口设备价值千万元，并建立了年产30万台增压器机芯的生产线，进一步提升了产品质量和产量，同时为国家863计划燃料电池发动机空气压缩机以及微型燃机的设计与制造提供了设备支持。目前，公司拥有工程技术人员15名，员工总数218人。

2004年，公司更名为辽宁凤城太平洋神龙增压器有限公司，2005年在上海设立了隆美尔汽车增压器（上海）有限公司，专注于生产“隆美尔”牌涡轮增压器。我们积极引入具备丰富经验的管理、技术和生产人才，并与国内外高校及专家合作，共同研发新产品或提供技术指导与合作。公司于2001年通过ISO9001-2000国际质量管理体系认证。

公司配备了美国哈庭的高精密数控车床、立式加工中心、涡轮R型面数控磨床及日本丰田工机高精密数控外圆磨床，确保核心部件的加工精度。同时，引进英国高速整体动平衡机保障整机终端质量和平衡，并设有代表国家技术质量监督部门的涡轮增压器技术性能试验台，确保产品质量达标。采用领先的真空电子束焊工艺，确保焊接强度和涡轮轴精度的稳定可靠。

公司生产的基本型号增压器达百余种，变形型号超过三百种。汽油机涡轮增压器涵盖帕萨特、奥迪、宝莱、丰田、雷诺、帕杰罗、沃尔沃、尼桑、现代、起亚、三菱、五十铃等品牌。工程系列包括小松、日立、卡特、神冈、加腾、大宇等品牌的增压器，适用于船用、农机、发电机组及各类四缸、六缸车辆。部分产品已与福田、欧曼、上柴、湖南柴油机等厂家配套。产品销往全国三十多个省市地区以及美国、英国、俄罗斯、马来西亚、也门和非洲等国家。经过在帕萨特1.8T和奥迪A1.8T上的四十万公里可靠性考核试验，证明其性能等各项指标达到国际同类产品水平。

公司具备快速且强大的科研和新产品开发能力，每年可推出3-5款新机型，并可根据客户需求定制涡轮增压器，满足多样化需求。
