Thermo Fisher Scientific (China) Co., Ltd. has been operational in China for more than three decades, headquartered in Shanghai. Our presence extends to major cities including Beijing, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Chengdu, Shenyang, Xi'an, Nanjing, Wuhan, Jinan, and Dongguan, with approximately 5,000 employees. Our product portfolio primarily consists of analytical instruments, laboratory equipment, chemical reagents, consumables, software, etc., providing comprehensive solutions for laboratories and catering to diverse industries.
To address local needs in China, we have established eight manufacturing facilities in Shanghai, Beijing, Suzhou, and Guangzhou. Additionally, we have six application centers and demonstration labs across the country, delivering world-class technology and products alongside application development and training services to local customers. The China Innovation Center in Shanghai and Suzhou, featuring over 100 scientists and engineers, holds over 100 patents. This center focuses on R&D for key vertical markets and develops products tailored to local requirements with global advanced technologies. We maintain a nationwide maintenance network and a China service training team, comprising over 2,800 professionals who directly provide services to our customers.
