Shenzhen Huasen Architecture and Engineering Designing Consultants Company Limited (HSA) is the first Sino-foreign architecture design joint venture between Hong Kong and Shenzhen in China, and was established in 1980 by the Ministry of Architecture Design Institute (currently known as the China Architecture Design and Research) and Hong Kong SenYang International Co., Ltd.
