Company History
Mirage Guangzhou Ltd was previously named Asia Electronics Industries HK Ltd Guangzhou representative office. We changed our company status from representative office (established in Guangzhou in 2005) to body corporate (since 2012).
Asia Electronics Industries started in 1996 as a sole proprietorship. We began exporting VCD players from China in early 1997, shortly after their launch, while many Chinese companies were still struggling to catch up with Japanese technology in the VCD field.
In 2002, we relaunched our brand strategy and started using AKUSTIC as a house brand, which was more suitable for our product lineup. With our new image and product lines, sales increased significantly and our turnover grew considerably. With a strong customer base in Mexico, we became a well-known generic second brand in Mexico City.
In 2003, we established our limited company "Asia Electronics Industries (HK) Ltd" and moved forward exclusively under the Limited Company banner.
In 2005, we set up our representative office in Guangzhou, China. Our China office is responsible for sourcing, inspection, placing orders with factories, negotiations, etc., while our Hong Kong office handles shipping and finance.
In 2012, we transitioned from a representative office to a body corporate.
Currently, we are developing product ranges for customers. What we are doing now includes:
Solar lanterns; Solar home systems; Solar DC fans; Solar TVs; Emergency bulbs; Emergency tubes; Wireless speakers, etc.
Our forecast for the next few years is stable. We have many new ideas in the pipeline and, with honesty and dedication, we intend to continue moving forward with the times, evolving to meet market needs and demands.
