红光锅炉前身为成立于1981年7月8日的哈尔滨小型锅炉厂，是哈尔滨红光锅炉集团有限公司（原名哈尔滨红光实业总公司，以下简称“红光集团”或“集团”）投资组建的集体所有制企业分支机构。1999年5月25日，哈尔滨小型锅炉厂更名为哈尔滨红光锅炉总厂，注册资本1,767万元，由红光锅炉集团出资。2004年8月9日，红光集团注入1,104万元，并将309万元资本公积金转为注册资本，使哈尔滨红光锅炉总厂的注册资本增至3,180万元。2009年3月16日，哈尔滨红光锅炉总厂通过转增盈余公积金1,900万元和未分配利润5,700万元，将注册资本从3,180万元增至10,780万元。同年11月11日，哈尔滨红光锅炉总厂改制并变更为哈尔滨红光锅炉总厂有限责任公司，红光集团对红光锅炉总厂进行增资，注册资本增至13,748万元，红光锅炉总厂有限责任公司成为红光集团有限公司的全资子公司，红光集团为红光锅炉的唯一控股股东。
In 2000, Qingdao Handsome Garment Co., Ltd pioneered the establishment of its first manufacturing facility in China. As it grew into a leading garment manufacturer, the company expanded its operations in 2012 by setting up its first overseas branch in Yangon, Myanmar - China's first officially registered apparel company in the country. Today, Qingdao Handsome operates a diverse network of subsidiaries, including Handsome Import & Export Co., Myanmar Handsome, and Myanmar Dongtai Garment, among others, for production, design, and trade. Its products are exported globally to countries such as Sweden, Germany, France, the UK, Denmark, the USA, South Korea, and beyond.
The branch, Myanmar Handsome Garment, founded in 2012, spans 5,800 square meters and employs over 800 workers. It operates on seven production lines, primarily focusing on women's jackets, vests, seam-taped jackets, uniforms pants, and shorts. This facility has successfully undergone a Bestseller factory supplier audit.
Myanmar Dongtai Garment, which began operations in 2014, occupies a larger space of 8,600 square meters with over 1,100 employees. Equipped with 12 production lines, it specializes in the manufacture of wool coats, fake fur jackets, uniforms, padded, and down jackets. Notably, Dongtai passed the Amfori-BSCI audit in 2019, highlighting its commitment to ethical business practices.
