IKOR was founded in 1981 in San Sebastian, Spain, focusing primarily on designing and manufacturing electronic circuits and equipment tailored for industrial sectors, necessitating bespoke systems for their offerings. They add expertise and value to high-quality products, encompassing everything from product design to full integration into clients' strategies.

Their products are extensively utilized across the automotive and household appliance industries, such as electronic locks, induction cooktops, testing apparatus, precision online measurement devices, height-adjustable lifts, and vertical transportation control systems, among others.

Over its 20-year existence, IKOR ensures that every department undergoes an annual training program, keeping them abreast of the latest advancements in electronics technology and management/quality methodologies. This approach enables the company to maximize its value and the performance of its workforce.

IKOR has embraced international expansion, exporting its technology and products to global markets. In 1998, they inaugurated MEXIKOR in Guadalajara, Mexico, spanning 1,200 square meters with a daily output capacity of 250,000 units. Recognizing China's significant role and advantages in the Asian market, IKOR established CHINAKOR in Suzhou Industrial Park. The company, currently under construction, will occupy approximately 13,000 square meters and employ over 300 personnel. By April 2006, the factory construction was completed, setting the stage for CHINAKOR to emerge as IKOR's premier manufacturing hub in Asia.
