在运营方面，钱大妈所有门店的产品均要求当天售罄，绝不隔夜销售，确保顾客买得放心，吃得安心。为了保证食材的新鲜度，钱大妈自建仓储配送体系，从采购、打包、分拣到送达店铺，整个流程控制在12小时内完成。

钱大妈社区生鲜（连锁）彻底改变了传统农产品的流通与销售模式。门店每日19:00起开始打折，每半小时降价一次，直至免费赠送。此外，钱大妈率先大规模推广“社区加盟制”商业模式，现已在广州、佛山、深圳、东莞、珠海、中山、惠州、清远、肇庆等地开设超过1500家门店，发展速度惊人，成为珠三角地区生鲜行业的领军者。
