Since establishing the Xiamen factory in 2013, WELDTONE has proactively adapted to market demands and technological upgrades, focusing on product development to address industry challenges. **Company Development History:**
- 2009: Started R&D of PUR hot melt adhesive.
- 2013: Established the Xiamen factory, applying PUR hot melt adhesive in mobile and tablet assembly; opened offices in Tianjin, Shanghai, and Dongguan.
- 2014: Established strategic partnerships with Lenovo and Xiaomi, becoming a well-known domestic brand of PUR hot melt adhesives.
- 2015: Began structural bonding technology and collaborated with leading brands like OPPO and vivo, becoming a leading company in the niche field.
- 2016: First promoted LCM full-screen narrow bezel spraying technology and side sealing technology, developing key clients such as BOE and Truly.

**Talent Policy**

Eligible for Xiamen’s talent subsidy policies, the company can assist in applying for the following:

**(1)** Doctoral degree holders newly introduced to Xiamen receive 80,000 yuan each, Master’s degree holders receive 50,000 yuan each, and top-tier undergraduate graduates from “Double First-Class” universities receive 30,000 yuan each.

**(2)** Fresh graduates from “Double First-Class” universities who initially come to work in Xiamen will receive a monthly living subsidy of 1,000 yuan for two consecutive years.

**(3)** Unhoused individuals working stably in Xiamen may apply for public rental housing with a 30% rent discount.

**(4)** High-level talents may purchase talent housing at a 45% discount based on market assessment prices, or apply for housing purchase subsidies ranging from 1.3 million to 10 million yuan, or rent subsidies of 6,000 to 10,000 yuan per month.
