SMIC School warmly welcomes you! Located in the Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park in Shanghai, it is a non-profit institution established in 2001 by Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (SMIC), a leading semiconductor high-tech company in China.

Currently, the school hosts over 2,700 students from 25 different countries and nearly 340 staff members, half of whom are from overseas. SMIC School provides education from pre-kindergarten to grade 12, consisting of two academic tracks: the English Track follows an American-based curriculum, while the Chinese Track uses local curricula guided by the Shanghai Education Commission. The Language Center offers outstanding ESL, CSL, and third language training.

The pursuit of excellence in holistic development is the goal of SMIC School. We believe that schools have the responsibility to instill proper values in students, and our faculty nurtures students' love for lifelong learning while helping them build character, integrity, compassion, and understanding.
