Tool & Die Fabrication Workshop is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery such as wire cutting machines, machining centers, milling machines, lathes, large-size surface grinders, and forming grinders.
We provide services including tool design, fabrication, high-precision stamping, injection molding, connector, and automotive parts manufacturing. The entire process from design to manufacturing is automated to ensure high-quality products with short production cycles.
Equipped with high-performance imported presses ranging from 110 to 400 tons and complete auxiliary facilities, we produce products from prototype to mass production, adhering to high quality and low prices to meet diverse customer needs.
We also offer soft tooling services to reduce hard tooling costs and production times, enhancing efficiency.
Our soft tooling department is equipped with two Swiss Bystronic laser cutting machines (one more will be added in December 2009), three Japanese Amada punching machines (AC-2510NT and EM-2510NT), seven Amada bending machines, and additional equipment like spot welders, drilling machines, and screwdrivers.
We have various secondary processing equipment including tapping, spot welding, butt welding, riveting, and gas shielded welding.
Our company is equipped with various precision testing instruments and support equipment, including Japanese-made Mitutoyo coordinate measuring machines (CMM), projectors, and height gauges. We strive to ensure the stability and excellence of our quality, covering design, manufacturing, product processes, and after-sales services to meet customer quality requirements.
We have a full range of high-performance production equipment including imported Charmilles wire-cutting machines, EDM machines, CNC machining centers, Arghe milling machines, Nikon profile projectors, Mitutoyo CMM, and Ainfon stamping machines.
