The Shenzhen Real Estate Intermediary Association, officially recognized as a 5A-grade social organization under the English name "Shenzhen Real Estate Intermediary Association," was established on January 16, 2008. This association is primarily composed of institutions engaged in various real estate services such as brokerage, agency, consulting, guarantee, leasing, and appraisal (collectively known as "real estate intermediary services") within Shenzhen, companies or organizations specializing in real estate market research or related fields, internet companies, and individuals involved in real estate intermediary services in Shenzhen. It is a voluntary collective entity founded by these members. Currently, it boasts over 1,300 member units and more than 50,000 individual members.
