Agrana Fruit (Daxi) Co., Ltd. is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise jointly invested by Agrana Fruits France and Agrana Fruits Korea with a registered capital of $5 million. Mr. Johannes Kleppers serves as the legal representative. The company specializes in manufacturing jams, jam-based ingredients, processed fruits and vegetables, and condiments. It commenced operations in 1999 after registering in 1997. In October 2012, we established a new factory in Dachang Hui Autonomous County, Hebei Province, under the name of the Dachan River Industrial Park, investing $12.5 million with a land area of approximately 50 acres. Currently, the company has over 200 employees, six jam production lines, all equipped with top-tier European technology and equipment, achieving industry-leading performance and technical standards. The annual capacity of jam production is over 50,000 metric tons, enabling the processing of various types of jam products including strawberry, apricot, blueberry, blackberry, aloe vera, and grain products. Our domestic clientele includes major dairy companies such as Danone, Mengniu, Yili, Guangming, SanYuan, Kraft, Holliwon, Unilever (Hualuxue), Eight Pleasures, Junlebao, among others.
