It is located in Building B5, South Area, Shandong Design Innovation Industrial Park, Jinan District, China (Shandong) Free Trade Zone. The company is a comprehensive unit integrating thermal power, new energy, municipal engineering design consulting, and EPC general contracting. It has been recognized as a Shandong Province Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative Small and Medium Enterprise, a National High-tech Enterprise, a Jinan Gazelle Enterprise, a Shandong Province Science and Technology Enterprise, a Design Center of the Shandong Clean Heating Industry Alliance, and a National High-tech Enterprise. It holds the qualification for engineering design in the power industry (new energy, transmission, substation) at the secondary level issued by the Shandong Provincial Department of Urban and Rural Construction; the pressure pipeline design license (GB2/GCD1) issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation; the license for installation (repair, testing) of power facilities at level four issued by the National Energy Administration; the construction general contracting qualification at level three for power, municipal, and mechanical and electrical installation industries issued by the Shandong Provincial Department of Urban and Rural Construction; the construction qualification for structural reinforcement (no level distinction) issued by the Shandong Provincial Department of Urban and Rural Construction, and the safety production license; it has the consulting credit rating (new energy, thermal power, municipal) at the secondary level issued by the Shandong Engineering Consulting Association; it has passed the ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, and OHSAS18001 occupational health management system certification; it has obtained the foreign trade operation permit and AAA enterprise credit rating certificate; it has obtained multiple utility model patents and software copyright certificates. It has cooperative research projects with Tsinghua University, Shandong University, and Shandong Jianzhu University. Its business covers 17 provinces in China and 10 countries including Indonesia, Cambodia, India, Kenya, and Vietnam. Its partners include state-owned enterprises such as State Grid Corporation of China, five major power generation groups, and Yankuang Group.
