"Jiangnan Town Cross-Border E-commerce Industry Chain Project, an endeavor funded by the Jiangnan Town Development Co., Ltd. of Rui'an City, is strategically situated within the Qiaomao Town, on the west side of Qiaomao Avenue and south of Yunqi Road. Spanning 290.61 acres of land, this project boasts a total investment of 5.35 billion yuan, serving as a pivotal component of the core functions in Qiaomao Town. It is recognized as a major industrial project under the "152" initiative in Zhejiang Province.

With a total construction area of 5.7 million square meters, the project is designed to create a new urban functional unit guided by human-centric, ecological, and digital principles.
