The company's northern base, inaugurated in May 2011 in Weifang High-tech Development Zone, features standard factories, high-precision laboratories, luxurious office buildings, under-construction expert apartments, and garden landscaping facilities. The plan is to produce 40,000 units of industrial air conditioners and related equipment annually, catering to markets worldwide. Currently, the Shandong branch has three operating workshops, employing approximately 400 staff members.
In 2014, the Guangdong branch commenced construction at its factory in Zhongshan City, with a current workforce of around 150 personnel. Benefits:
1. Work Schedule: Standard work hours (8 hours per day, 08:00-12:00, 13:30-17:30)
2. Full Attendance Bonus: 200 yuan per month
3. Service Allowance: Increases by 80 yuan per month for every year of service, reaching a maximum of 400 yuan per month
