2019年创立“厨中厨信江宴”，经营面积2200㎡，主打宴席。2021年3月11日新开“厨中厨酸菜鱼馆”，主营本地土菜及“招牌酸菜鱼”。2022年3月开设第一家“酸菜鱼”品牌直营店“厨中厨·鱼太大酸菜鱼馆”，位于清波雅苑二期（鹰潭海关旁），同年10月开设第二家“酸菜鱼”品牌门店，位于恒大绿洲二期117号。我们提供食宿、员工生日福利、年终福利等福利待遇。
