Responsibilities
· Plan and deliver lessons for Mandarin native groups and non-native groups.
· Teach Chinese cultural lessons and run extracurricular activities for students.
· Assign reasonable homework and give feedback on time.
· Write student reports in line with department guidelines.
· Communication with parents as necessary.
· Undertake duties and other daily schoolwork.

Requirements

1. Administrative support for the AISL Harrow Music Festival, to include:
a. Communications with other schools related to all logistics, such as transport, accommodation and food
b. Liaison with school administrators on all logistical matters as required (and as above)
c. All logistics planning and documentation related to visiting schools
d. Liaison with the school’s Admissions and Marketing team related to the Festival
e. Liaison with the EO related to arrangements for special guests
f. Any additional administrative support related to the Music Festival requested by the Music team

2. Administrative support for the school’s US University Pathway (USUP), to include:
a. Administrative support for all SAT and AP registration processes
b. Direct communication with College Board on matters connected with SAT and AP
c. Support for the Head of Upper School in sourcing and arranging AP training for staff
d. AP and SAT timetabling, registrations and all administration associated with these
e. All documentation related to the logistical support of the USUP
f. Joint work with the Admissions Manager in her role as Friends of Harrow convenor to develop stronger relationships with parents and to develop internships and work-related events for pupils as part of these relationships
g. Communications with parents and students related to the USUP as necessary
h. Support for the Upper School PA and the University Counsellor as reasonably requested by the Head of Upper School.

1. Primary Helpdesk Contact window for Campus ICT helpdesk service

1) Main Responsibilities
61 Following school academic calendar to provide on-site or remote service to fulfill daily education needs or resolve incidents in a timely manner with clear communication
61 Ensure all issues or requests are well handled and followed up by you or team members, and give an update on a regular basis (Daily) to teachers via email or wecom, send a follow-up email to your line manager with in-complete tasks’ status before duty-off
61 Prepare IT environment for event or meetings, such as open day, weekly assemblies, etc
61 Prepare *** environment as requested for music cluster, etc

2. Contact window for Campus ICT network service or incident

1) Main Responsibilities
a. Act as a technical contact window to perform a basic network service or incident trouble-shooting, like WIFI connection, website connection or performance issue, etc
b. Act as a backup of line manager to monitor campus network performance status and work with supplier to resolve basic incident
c. Work with line manager to review network service and incident, to ensure campus network performance is fine-tuned

61 Record Any ICT FIXED ASSETS movement with email or sign-off doc, and archive to sharepoint for any movement over a day
ii. On Weekly basis:
61 Do full count on shared IPAD/Macbook in-trolley, and ensure all FIXED ASSETS is traceable. If any, double-check with owners via proper way (email/wecom)
iii. On Quarterly basis
61 Perform spot check on ICT FIXED ASSETS based on (ICT FIXED ASSETS tracking table), the coverage should be over 20% of total FIXED ASSETS, report to Line manager via email and upload check-up proof onto sharepoint
61 Do a proper check for devices in B509 to specify devices’ status (Good or Broken)
iv. On Half-Year basis
