ALD-欣安真空工业（苏州）有限公司是著名德国真空设备制造商ALD公司与香港欣安（中国）共同投资成立的外商独资企业。厂址位于苏州，占地面积达2万多平米，公司在北京、上海、广州及香港均设有分公司，在英国、美国及日本亦有相关联营企业。
ALD公司在真空技术和热处理技术领域已拥有130年的制造历史，是真空冶金、热处理领域的技术领导者，售于中国的大型设备已近600台。
ALD-C&K Vacuum Technologies (Suzhou) Co. Ltd is a foreign wholly owned co invested by ALD in Germany and C&K( China) Ltd in Hongkong. The co has branch offices in Beijing, Guangzhou and Hongkong, also with associated companies in Great Britain, USA and Japan.
ALD has more than 130 year history in design and manufacturing of vacuum metallurgy and heat treatment equipment. It plays a leading role in the field and enjoys good reputation in the market, up to now it has provided around 600 plants in China running successfully.
