Responsibility岗位职责：

1. Handling procurement inquiries raised by customers during production or pre-sales, conduct price comparisons and evaluations upon request, and complete the signing of procurement contracts;处理客户在生产或预售过程中提出的采购咨询，根据要求进行比价和评估，完成采购合同的签订；

Requirements for the position岗位要求：

1.Bachelor's degree or above, with a focus on science and engineering, mechanical, electronic, electromechanical integration, and other related majors;本科以上学历，从事理工、机械、电子、机电一体化等相关专业；

2、负责非标内饰件模具工艺调试，参与模具试模、小批验证等工作；
3，参与工装、设备、工艺验证与工艺能力分析，能积极主动解决异常问题；

4. 能够在规定的时间内，在客户现场解决设备和模具存在的问题；
5．对模具结构非常了解；有很强的分析和解决问题的能力；

岗位要求：

1.中专或以上学历,以模具、机械专业优先；

2. 有汽车模具行业相关经验， 了解基本模具结构；

3. 具备热成型，发泡，包覆等模具装配，维修经验优先；

1、使用公司三坐标扫描模仁，模具等关键产品的尺寸及其他参数，收集和扫描数据，编制详细报告、并能识别异常数据；

2、及时上报批量质量问题，协助质量工程师完成质量方面相关工作；

3、熟悉各类检具，测量零件，能看懂机械图纸；负责对所参与项目的外购件和加工件的质量，配合质量工程师工作；

4、维护三坐标测量机的正常运行并支持计量检验的相关工作；

5、汇总、存档各项测量记录及相关资料；

1、大专及以上学历，机械类相关专业，特别要求对钣金件钣金、五金件、机加工件等加工工艺精通，懂得科学核算外协加工件的成本，对外协加工件单价和成本核算有丰富经验；有外协供应商开发及管理经验；

2、同行业五年以上相关外协采购管理工作经验，熟练操作金蝶ERP系统，会开车；
